These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Primax Digital OÜ (hereinafter — the "Company") and any person using the website and services of Primax Brand Protect (hereinafter — the "User"). By using the website, you agree to these Terms.

1. General provisions

By using the website and services of Primax, the User confirms that they have read these Terms, understand them and accept them in full. If you do not agree with the Terms, please stop using the website and services.

2. Description of services

The Company provides brand reputation protection services: removal and de-indexing of negative materials, pushing harmful content out of search results, creating and promoting media publications, and monitoring brand mentions. The scope and timing of the work are determined individually under a separate agreement.

3. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Company undertakes to provide services in good faith and within the agreed timeframes. The User undertakes to provide accurate information and materials necessary for the provision of services, and to pay for the services in a timely manner.

4. Price and payment

The cost of services is calculated individually and depends on the scope, complexity and timing of the work. The procedure and terms of payment are fixed in a separate contract or invoice. Minimum project budget — from EUR 10,000.

5. Limitation of liability

The Company makes every reasonable effort to achieve results, but does not guarantee the complete removal of all materials, as this depends on platforms, search engines and third parties. The Company is not liable for the actions of third parties or for content posted by the User.

6. Changes to the terms

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms unilaterally. The current version is published on this page with the date of the update. By continuing to use the services, the User accepts the amended Terms.
